The scope of work included the following construction: 

 

* Doing a full foundation replacement by replacing the existing brick foundations with new concrete foundations.

* Remodeling of the entire house (the kitchens, bathrooms, etc).

* Having open floor plan configuration by removing load bearing walls and adding new posts and beams. 

* Converting the ground floor into habitable space by adding a new bedroom and bathroom, and combining it to the upper level by adding new interior stairs.
