The scope of work included the following construction:
* Adding a new garage with driveway from the street level to the new basement.
* Converting the basement into habitable space by adding a new bedroom and bathroom, and combining it to the upper level with new interior stairs.
* Remodeling of the entire house and doing a horizontal addition in the rear (the kitchens, bathrooms, etc).
* Having open floor plan configuration by removing load bearing walls and adding new posts and beams.
