The scope of work included the following construction: 

 

* Remodeling of the entire house (the kitchens, bathrooms, etc) and adding a new master bathroom. 

* Having open floor plan configuration by removing load bearing walls and adding new posts and beams. 

* Doing seismic strengthening.
